- Complete replacement of primary crusher
- Complete replacement of SC01
- Complete replacement of SC03
- Replacement of top section of CV03
This shutdown was planned by BHP, totalling a 17 day outage, GRS were engaged to investigate the possibility of reducing down time.
GRS scoped and presented alternative methodologies to execute these works and to reduce the plant downtime to 8 days.
This was achieved by the innovative process GRS brings to all shutdowns and projects.
